We are excited to announce that Summer 2019 swim registration is officially OPEN! Please review these important announcements as we get ready to kick off our season:

• Practices will begin in mid-May with a schedule very similar to the 2018 season. Stay tuned for more details!
• The Swim Meet Schedule is available on our website.
• We will hold an informational Parents’ Night and a Mock Meet prior to the start of the season. More details to come shortly!
• Coaches: We're excited to announce that Julie Thornburg will return as our 8 & Under Coach during the 2019 season and that Andrea Schurr has agreed to serve as the Head Coach for our older swimmers. You may know Andrea as a swim team board member and mom to 12 year old swimmers Jack and Zach. She also has a long history with swim instruction and competitive swimming. Most importantly, she loves the Cumberland Currents! We are finalizing our plans for an assistant coach and will share more information when available.
• Swim Clinics: Several of the local year-round swim clubs host pre-season swim clinics to help get your athletes ready for the summer season. Check out these offerings from McCallie/GPS Aquatics and Baylor Swim Club.
