Warm-Ups: Warm-ups will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. Please have your swimmer on the pool deck and ready to swim by that time. Just FYI, this is a winnable meet for us -- so please be here on time and ready to swim your very best!!!

Volunteering: Please check in with Mike Abraham and Nicole Redmon when you arrive at the meet to sign in and confirm your volunteer assignment for this evening. We are still looking for additional volunteers!!! We cannot run this meet without your help!

Concessions & Water: It is going to be HOT for our next several meets, so please bring plenty of water for your family! There will be a Mexican Food Truck for concessions & there is also a Frozen Custard store across from the park that is giving a portion of their proceeds to our host team - so try out Whit's Frozen Custard!

Supplies: Don't forget a swim suit (tie-back suits and suits advertising other teams are not allowed), a swim cap (plain, Cumberland, or no cap), goggles, towels, a water bottle, and a sharpie. Also bring whatever food and drink your family will need and/or money for the concession stand.

Heat Sheet & Swimmer Events: The heat sheet and a list of events by swimmer are attached to this email and are available on the swim meet schedule on our website. The heat sheet contains all of the information about which events your swimmer will be participating in tonight and which lanes they will be swimming in. Some of you may find that your swimmers are swimming up (participating in events for an age group older than their own) or that coaches were not able to honor requests made during the rsvp process. Summer swimming is a team sport, and we have carefully placed all swimmers in events to maximize points for our team and to give everyone as many chances to swim as possible.

Team Spirit: Most of all, we want our swimmers to have fun, swim hard, and enjoy supporting each other. If possible, please stay through the end of the meet to cheer on all of our swimmers (and the Aqua Tigers swimmers too!!!). We can't wait to see you tonight. Go Cumberland!!!
