Good afternoon!

Tonight is our first meet hosted by the Cleveland Aqua Tigers. Attached is your "Event by Swimmer" and "Heat Sheet" which will show what races your swimmer has by either name or event, respectively. Some reminders for tonight:

1. Please print either of the attached documents! They are so helpful to have handy at the meet. Ahead of the meet, write the event number, event ("25 free"), and lane on your swimmer's forearm before they show up for warm-ups at 5:15.

2. The pool opens at 5 and warm-ups start at 5:15. Please be suited up and ready to jump in the pool at that time. Carpools are HIGHLY encouraged. The pool is located at Tinsley Park, 4031 Keith Street NW Cleveland, TN 37323. Currently, the park is undergoing reservations so parking is very limited. 

3. There is a Kona Ice Truck and possibly a taco truck for food tonight. Please pack lots of water and snacks for your swimmer. The Sun has finally been notified it's summer and it will get hot out there.

4. We still need volunteer place judges and wranglers for this meet! Please connect with Mike Abraham if you can help.
