Good afternoon!

Tonight is our dual meet hosted by the Big Ridge Raiders. Please print either your "Events by Swimmer" and "Heat Sheet" which will show what races your swimmer has by either name or event, respectively (attached below). Some reminders for tonight:

Warm-Ups: Warm-ups will begin at 5:15 pm. Please have your swimmer on the Big Ridge pool deck and ready to swim by that time.

1. Write your swimmer's event number, heat number, lane number, and event name on their forearm.

2. Write your swimmer's name and age on their shoulder.

3. Add some fun sayings to motivate your swimmer and terrify the competition. ;-)

Due to the volume of 8 and unders on our team, we are asking for your help in relay wrangling your 8 and under child(ren) to ensure they are properly lined up and do not miss their relays with Coach Julie's help. (For future home meets, we will have 8 and under relays meet in front of the Cumberland mural outside the bathrooms to more effectively organize relay swimmers.)

The pool is located at 1834 River Chase Road Hixson, TN 37343. Big Ridge has a small parking lot on River Chase Road and then lots more parking around the back side of the pool off of Big Ridge Road. The back gate will be open. We can set up on the side of the pool opposite the clubhouse plus the diving board end of the pool deck.

There is a concession stand with BBQ sandwiches, pizza, and nachos, as well as snacks, chips, and candy. The concession stand accepts cash and Venmo.

Please bring extra water (+ electrolytes) to meets and evening practices this week. There is a heat advisory that will be in effect and we want to keep everyone safe and well.
