Good afternoon!

Today is our End of the Year Banquet!!!! We have 200 people attending dinner and want to make sure we have enough seating to accommodate such a large crowd. For that reason, we are going to have two different dining times. If your last name starts with the letter A-M, your time to dine is 4:30-5:15 pm and if your last name starts with the letter N-Z is 5:15 - 6 pm. We want to give everyone ample time to enjoy dinner before we move to our awards ceremony at 6 pm in the sanctuary. We ask that you help us by honoring these dining times as best as possible so that we can have a smooth and fun night together. Thank you to everyone who signed up to bring a dessert. Please make sure you bring anything needed for serving with your sweet treat. 

After we have our awards ceremony in the sanctuary, we will move the party to the pool deck for all-family swimming. Coach Sam will be creating Heat Sheets to have our highly-anticipated Parent Races for the 100M Free Relay + 50 Free Individual Events. Be sure to pack everyone’s swimsuits + towels. This is a very special night and our coaches, board, + volunteers work hard to make it a special celebration of your swimmer’s hard work all season!
