Good afternoon!

Tonight is our dual meet hosted by the Red Bank Gators. Please print either your "Events by Swimmer" and "Heat Sheet" which will show what races your swimmer has by either name or event, respectively. Some reminders for tonight:

Warm-Ups: Gates open at 5 pm and warm-ups will begin at 5:15 pm. Please have your swimmer on the Red Bank pool deck and ready to swim by that time. Don't forget a swimsuit (tie-back suits and suits advertising other teams are not allowed), a swim cap (plain, Cumberland, or no cap), goggles, a towel, and a water bottle.

1. Write your swimmer's event number, heat number, lane number, and event name on their forearm.

2. Write your swimmer's name and age on their shoulder.

3. Add some fun sayings to motivate your swimmer and terrify the competition. ;-)

The pool is located at 3620 Tom Weathers Drive Red Bank, TN 37415. There are a couple of options for parking. The first one is the lot right by the pool, then there is another small lot up the hill from the pool. The final option is alongside the pool and down in the community center parking lot.

There is a concession stand in the guard shack. The concession stand accepts cash and Venmo.

Cumberland will set up on the right side of the pool (immediately after entering the gate).

Volunteers: Please check in with Mike Abraham and Nicole Redmon when you arrive at the meet to confirm your volunteer assignment for this evening.

Reminder: Please always show up to a meet even if the weather is questionable. Coaches and board members will communicate ASAP if a meet is delayed or cancelled due to heavy rain or thunderstorms.
