Good afternoon!

Tonight is our dual meet at the Cleveland Aqua Tigers. The pool is located at Tinsley Park, 4031 Keith Street NW Cleveland, TN 37323.

Attached is your "Event by Swimmer" and "Heat Sheet" which will show what races your swimmer has by either name or event, respectively. Some reminders for tonight:

1. Please print either of the attached documents! They are so helpful to have handy at the meet. Ahead of the meet, write the event number, event ("25 free"), heat, and lane on your swimmer's forearm before they show up. Additionally, write your swimmer's name and age on either shoulder blade. It helps to identify swimmers and cheer them on!

2. The pool opens at 5 and warm-ups start at 5:15. Please be suited up and ready to jump in the pool at that time. Cumberland will be in the same spot as usual. As you come into the pool, stay to your right and set up behind the orange tents where the scorers sit. 

3. There is a concession stand. See their menu options attached to this email.

4. We will have all Wranglers and Julie Relay Wranglers with neon lanyards on to make them easier to find tonight. Please remember it is your responsibility to help your swimmers get to their heats. 

5. All volunteers must check-in at the volunteer tent with Mike Abraham or Nicole Redmon for their volunteer shift.

6. Download the SwimTopia app. This app is a great way to RSVP to meets, sign up for jobs, track your swimmer's events, and get team alerts during the season straight to your phone.
