Good morning!

I hope you and your family are gearing up for a wonderful 4th of July! As we end the season, temperatures are scorching, and it is more important to keep your swimmer cool! Please continue to bring tents, cool rags, and extra cold water to practices and meets to help. 

We have our final dual meet of the season on Monday, July 6th. Because people's availability is different than their original RSVP, we are asking everyone who can attend to consider volunteering and helping out by signing up before Monday at noon here. 

The most current volunteer hours are attached to this email. If you are still under 6 points for the season, I invite you to consider helping our Treasurer, Teresa Allen on Friday night at 6 pm and/or Tuesday at 6:30 pm with organizing our swimmers' ribbons for the banquet. No RSVP needed, please just show up if you'd like to help. For every 2 hours of help, you will receive 1 volunteer point. We will also have volunteer opportunities to help with set up and clean up for the End of the Year banquet.

Please help us know whether your family is coming or not to the banquet by RSVPing here. We ask that only immediate family attend the meal portion of our evening, but all are invited for the awards ceremony and pool party afterwards. This season, we are going to have a Parent Relay race. The entry will be $40 cash per team (teams will be 2 men, 2 women, $10 each). Half the proceeds will go to the winning relay team, and the other half will go to the team. Please continue to email your team pictures to our email at [email protected] no later than Thursday, July 9th.
