Good afternoon!

Tonight, we take on the Fairyland Flash! Please seee the attached "Entries by Swimmer" and "Heat Sheet" documents to see what races your swimmer is entered in. Of note, this meet will start at Event 17 - where we left off - and has significantly less swimmers than usual. We anticipate a faster, efficient meet this evening for the remaining events.

Warm-ups will begin at 4:30 pm. Please have your swimmer on the Fairyland pool deck and ready to swim by that time. Don't forget a swimsuit (no tie-backs, two-pieces, or suits advertising other teams), goggles, a swim cap (plain or Cumberland), a towel, and a water bottle. We anticipate there may be some pop-up showers this afternoon/early evening so umbrellas and rain jackets are also encouraged.

The pool is located at 1201 Fleetwood Drive, Lookout Mountain, GA. The team asks for overflow parking to be on one side of Hardy Road and NOT on Fleetwood Drive.

The Lookout Mountain Club has a concession stand that accepts cash and card. Please note that they do not allow outside coolers or tents.

Volunteers: Please check in with Mike Abraham and Nicole Redmon when you arrive at the meet to confirm your volunteer assignment for this evening. Even if you did not sign up to volunteer, we may ask for your help tonight. 

Reminder: Please always show up to a meet even if the weather is questionable. Our pool rep, Nick Chrzan is closely monitoring the weather. We will be sending updates via GroupMe at 3-3:30, and in the event of a delay, will direct families to the ballroom of the club house.
