Our last home meet is tomorrow night as we host our "away" meet against Ridgeside at Cumberland.  Please sign up to volunteer if you haven't already.  Our meets cannot run without you!  Warm-ups will be at 5:00, and the meet will start promptly at 5:30.  Let's win another one -- Go Cumberland!

Also, COWS (Chattanooga Open Water Swimmers) is hosting their first youth race this Sunday at 9am at the Chickamauga Dam.  If your swimmer is interested in open water (lake, river, ocean) racing, check out the COWS website at http://www.cowsswim.com/new-page-1/.  Open water swimming is very, very different from pool swimming, but, from personal experience, I'll say that it is really challenging and super fun.
