The pool at Fort Oglethorpe is at Gilbert Stephenson Park. Gilbert-Stephenson Park is located at the corner of Van Cleve and Norris Street. You will turn onto Van Cleve Street from Battlefield Parkway. Van Cleve Street is at the red light that has a Burger King, a bank (I think it's a Region's) a new shopping center with a Fire House Sub located in it and a CVS Pharmacy.

Once you turn onto Van Cleve Street, you will go straight and the park will be on your right. Turn into the park and the pool is straight back.
