Qualifications:

1. Assistant Coaches must attend all swim practices as follows, with a 15 minute early arrival for set-up: 9 AM – 10 AM Monday – Friday, with flexibility for some 8 AM practices as required, 7 PM – 8 PM Monday – Thursday, except meet nights (Mondays and Thursdays are meet nights, 4:30 PM until Head Coaches dismiss you for the evening).

2. Assistant Coaches must demonstrate a willingness to help with any age group as needed at the discretion of the Head Coaches.This includes both poolside instruction and a willingness to assist swimmers in the water as needed for one-on-one instruction.

3. Assistant Coaches must have a positive attitude, demonstrate flexibility and responsibility.

4. Assistant Coaches must focus on the needs of the swimmers.

5. Assistant Coaches must be enthusiastic and willing to work with swimmers of all ages and skill levels.

6. Assistant Coaches must be able to perform and instruct in all four swim strokes.

7. Assistant Coaches must be willing to perform other duties as assigned.

8. Assistant Coaches must disclose any known absences to the Head Coaches in your letter of intent.

9. Assistant Coaches must be able to pass a background check.

10. Assistant Coaches must be at least 17 years of age.
