Over the past few weeks I have received several comments, requests, suggestions, and expressions of frustration regarding the team’s website. The majority of these have revolved around how not user-friendly the site is. I understand and I share your frustration; the lack of intuitiveness on the parent portion of the site is minor compared to the administrative/meet management side.

We have very little control over the basic functionality and structure of the site. The same site is provided to every team in the Chattanooga Area Swim League (CASL) and every team is required by CASL to use the site for registration and meet management.

I do welcome your comments and suggestions just please understand that I cannot directly do anything about most of them. I am keeping a log of all the comments and after the season is over I will be forwarding them to the company that develops the site. When you do submit suggestions please be specific. General comments along the lines of “the site is not user friendly” do not give the designers much to work with.
