Remember to RSVP and sign up to volunteer

The church has an event that will be taking place during our swim meet.  The parking lot is going to full.  The church has asked the swim parents to park on the baseball field adjacent to the pool.  We need a couple of parents to help direct traffic.  

The coaches have asked that swimmers be ready to get in the pool at 5:00.  That means we need to be at the pool before warm-ups begin.  The coaches meet the day before meets to create the line-up for the meet, they rely on RSVPs to make the line-ups.  Please be sure to RSVP before Sunday afternoon.

Remember to bring items for the concession stand.   T-shirts will be for sale at the concession stand.  We will need several parents to volunteer.  

City meet is July 11th and 12th.  Coach Danielle started to hand out information for it last night.  Paperwork and payment needs to be turned in by Monday, June 23rd.  Swimmers get to choose what events you want to swim.  Your child can swim up to 5 events over the 2 days.  The coaches will coordinate relays.  This is a great time and whole lot of fun.  Swimmers from all over the Chattanooga swim together.  See Danielle for more information.
