Practice in pool start tomorrow!! 7:45 for Danielle's older/advanced group and 9:00 am for all the other swimmers. Please bring tennis shoes and plenty of water. Evening practice is 6:30-8:00 for all swimmers. We are so excited to get this season started!

If you have paid for or made arrangements to pay for a pool membership, Teresa has the pool passes. Please contact her, 423-903-6757 or [email protected], about making arrangements to get the pass if you want to use it before Tuesday's evening practice.

Practice is CANCELED tonight due to the weather. Practice resumes first thing Tuesday morning. If there are any questions about the time, please contact a coach or board member!

Unfortunately the pool is not ready.  We will have dry land again tonight, 6:30 - 7:30. 

Good evening! Here's a couple of reminders and updates for this coming week. 

1. The pool will not be ready to get in for Monday practice so we will stay with dry land. Keep your fingers crossed we can get in Tuesday. Time is still from 6:30-7:30.
